Promotions Terms & Conditions:

By participating in any promotion, offer, or contest (“Promotion”) organized by SMS Travel, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility:

  • Promotions are open to individuals who are at least 18 years old, unless otherwise specified.

  • Employees of SMS Travel, their immediate family members, and affiliates are not eligible to participate unless stated.

 

2. Promotion Period:

  • Each Promotion will have a clearly defined start and end date.

  • SMS Travel reserves the right to extend, shorten, or cancel a Promotion at its discretion without prior notice.

 

3. How to Participate:

  • Participation instructions will be clearly outlined for each Promotion.

  • SMS Travel reserves the right to disqualify participants who fail to follow the rules or attempt to manipulate the Promotion.

 

4. Prizes & Redemption:

  • Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, unless otherwise stated.

  • SMS Travel reserves the right to substitute prizes of equivalent value if the original prize is unavailable.

  • Winners must claim prizes within the specified time frame, and failure to do so may result in forfeiture.

 

5. Taxes & Additional Costs:

  • Any taxes, fees, or additional costs associated with claiming or using a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner, unless otherwise stated.

 

6. Publicity:

  • By participating, winners may be required to consent to the use of their name, photo, or other information for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

 

7. Liability:

  • SMS Travel is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage incurred as a result of participation in a Promotion or use of any prize.

  • Participants agree to release SMS Travel from any liability associated with the Promotion.

 

8. General Conditions:

  • SMS Travel reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend any Promotion at its discretion.

  • Promotions are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of South African courts.
